One busy week down, one more to go…

Well it’s Friday and thankfully the Pit crew have a fairly relaxed weekend ahead, which is nice considering next week is going to be mayhem! As fot his week well thast be pretty cool. We finished up for the year in the Art College with Shelly Goldsmith, and English textile artist who has done some pretty out there stuff with forensic scientists and investigating the history of a garment by its forensic fingerprint. I know confuses me too, but this whole Masterclass series has turned into something that everybody inolved with is super proud of, even within the Pit there is a scramble to get to do the filming. It looks like it will be back again next year and could eventually become a national archive!! The lecturs are always on a Wednesday afternoon in the Ormeau Baths so keep an eye out from October onwards…

We where also at the launch night for Marina Rinaldi’s first Northern Ireland Plus Size Model Search. This was just a small informal couple of hours in Marina Rinaldi on the Lisburn Road were all the entrants got a chance to meet and let everybody know a little bit about them. We captured the whole thing and will be doing the same next Wednesday at the final upstairs in the Chelsea bar. The top three from ther final will also get to go to the Spring into Summer event at St. George’s market on the 25th March. This is something completely different and that can hopefully we can help be bigger & better next year (excuse the pun) as it has a great vibe about it and deserves to get the credit it deserves.
