This Wednesday the next of the Art College’s Masterclass lectures will be in the Ulster Museum from 1-2pm with Chris Knight. As ever we will be filming a Q&A session with Chris on Thursday that will become part of the Art College’s growing national archive. Hopefully we will be getting to show you some highlights from the last few years when we have been involved in the not so distant future. In the meantime if you fancy coming along on Wednesday just contact 08456080000.

Thompson’s night club in Belfast ran a fundraiser for Haiti last night featuring the best hip-hop DJ’s and MC’s in Ireland. Overall they raised £2000 so big thanks to everyone who made it down. As well as all the musical treats there was an awesome dance-off between Belfast City Breakers and Rapture dance crew as well as some graf work from Blaze, but if you missed it then just keep your eyes out for the video in the next couple of weeks produced by us of course!

While some of us will be back home doing some work and freezing our nuts off, that is in-between getting hammered/eating too much/dealing with hangovers, some of the Pit Crew will be off trekking up Machu Picchu this Chrimbo, and as if that wasn’t enough they will be getting a few weeks prime surf time on the World’s longest break, Chicama in Peru. Jealous? I thought so….

If they get a web connection out there we have been promised some pics to uplaod here, and on our myspace & facebook ——————->
If not then we will have plenty to show you when they get back.
Peace,

If you get the chance check out Radio from 7pm tonight as Zane Lowe continues his Masterpiece season with what is probably the album that inspired me the most and is easily one of the most influential off all time; The Clash’s London Calling.

So we have been away for a while trying to re-invent the wheel or some shit, but we’re back and we have got loads to tell y’all about… First off though we are back with our slightly atypical but intriguing friends at the Art College in Belfast for this year’s Masterclass series. Entitled “Masterclasses in the Applied Arts” the series provides lectures to the public with some of the top artists in the World working in the disciplines of ceramics, silver & jewelery and textiles. If you would like to come along to any of the lectures they are now in the newly renovated Ulster Museum and all you need to do is call 08456080000 for booking.
The next lecture is on the 3rd of February with Takeshi Yasuda & Felicity Aylieff.
I will post up more details about the rest of the series in the next few weeks. And expect an imminent barrage of info on everything else old & new!
Peace,

The next vid we have uploaded is a quick glimpse at what we have been up to so far this year with our friends @ Corona. A bit of footage from the Viking Boat Race, Cutters Beach Volleyball and of course the Miss Belfast awards, have a look and then keep your eyes peeled for more Corona events starting on Aug 29th with Radioactiveman at the next

We have been so super busy the last few weeks haven’t had a chance to update anything so here we go…
First off the Wind Yer Neck in Jam @
Unit 13 was amazing! Seriously shit hot riding, some awesome rock tunes courtesy of the almighty
Jackknife and loads of boozin’! There is a video coming but we have been caught up shooting other things so it’s just running a little behind but updates will follow.
The week after that we hit Lisburn for the launch day of their Bike Week event, after an early rain scare it turned into a sick day, again the BUS BMX team tore it up and really entertained a blown away crowd. The day after that we had a change of pace as the Pit Crew headed down to Cutters Wharf for the annual Corona & NIVB Beach Volleyball, again the rain held off and we got a craicing day for it so all in all a great weekend. The video for bike week is nearly ready so will be off to Lisburn CCM for them to punt around, but i will post a link to where you can see it. The photos fro the Volleyball are on our
MySpace page already so check it out.
We have also been out shooting a promo for the fantastic
Glassdrumman Lodge in Annalong Co. Down. Such a great place with beautiful scenery, this should be ready in a week or two as well so keep an eye out for the finished product!
There is loads more coming up in the next few weeks so i’llbe back with updates shortly, but first the Pit Crew are all off to AC/DC @ Punchestown this weekend…
Peace,
